Chrysler began production on 6th June 1925

Daimler-Benz purchases Chrysler in 1998 to form Daimler-Chrysler AG – 2007

80% of Daimler Chrysler became Chrysler Motors LLC August 2007 to produce Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles. The remaining part of Daimler Benz became Daimler AG.
